    Schedule your FREE Discovery Call (20 min) for me to get to know you better, understand your concerns and goals, and see if we’re a good fit.

  • Personalized Strategy

    Before our first 1:1 session, you’ll fill out a comprehensive health questionnaire and food journal to use as a baseline for our work together. These tools allow us to dive deeper into your health story, lifestyle, and relationship with food to develop holistic and customized action steps to achieve your goals.

  • Accountability and Results

    We meet virtually and continue to assess and analyze your goals to ensure strategies and take-home recommendations are tailored specifically to you. This program is designed to give you the knowledge and skills to continue to guide your choices for long-lasting and sustainable results.

  • Michele has been amazing. I am perimenopausal and had put on weight making me feel very uncomfortable, with bloating and hot flashes. I was not sleeping well and was struggling with constipation too. This was all adding to my stress levels and making me feel that there was no way out. I was making unhealthy choices in food through the day and did not understand why I was craving sugary foods.

    Michele helped me to track what I was eating and how I could tweak it. She made it manageable and instead of knowing yet doing nothing I have been able to apply what she helped me understand and take the actions needed.

After having to rebuild my life, career, and relationships at age 30 when things didn’t go quite as I had expected, I began a decade-long journey working towards being whole and well. As I reconciled my past and worked toward emotional healing, I struggled with weight gain, low energy, and discomfort in my body. Without knowing what to do about it, I spent years living on fad diets, over-exercise, and self-sabotaging beliefs.

With more research, education, and personal practice, I found that even the smallest shifts I made to my eating, lifestyle, and mindset were the key to long-lasting change. Food stopped being the enemy and became a source of nourishment, vitality, and delight.

I believe the middle years for women can be the most beautiful and transformative part of our lives. My purpose as a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) is to empower you to age confidently by reconnecting with your body, breaking barriers, and creating balanced habits for life.
